For entry, a valid foreign passport and a health insurance policy valid on the territory of the Russian Federation are required.

Citizens of which countries can obtain an electronic visa?

You can submit your application no earlier than 40 days and no later than 4 days before your intended entry date into the Russian Federation.

The processing time for a unified e-visa is no more than 4 calendar days from the application date. No invitation letter is required to apply.

Citizens of other countries require a visa to enter the Russian Federation.

The most appropriate visa category for participation in the Olympiad is the humanitarian visa. Processing typically takes up to 20 working days from the date of application submission, which is counted as the day when all correctly completed documents have been filed.

To apply for a humanitarian visa, applicants must prepare the required documentation, pay the applicable fees, and submit their application to a Russian consular office for processing and approval.
